1. Once we receive your registration and photo package, Model Millennium will review it promptly to determine your potential as one of our select models or actors.

2. After your registration and photos have been reviewed you will receive an email, within 14 business days, advising you of our assessment.

3. Please submit a headshot, profile headshot, 3/4 length shot, and full body shot.

4. Measurements
Your measurements must be accurate and updated periodically. Neglecting your size updates may result in lost work and/or representation. Remember to note the size you wear perfectly... NOT the size you are buying. If this submission is for a child less than 16 years old, please leave bust, waist and hips fields blank.

5. Photo Requirements - Adult Male
  • Wear swimsuit, boxers or boxer briefs. (not required if you are less than 16 years old or an actor).
  • Do not pose.
  • Do not wear makeup.

6. Photo Requirements - Adult Female (Age 18 and older)
Females 18 and older should be at least 5'8" in height.
  • Wear a two-piece swim suit (not required if you are an actor).
  • Do not pose.
  • Do not wear makeup.

7. Photo Requirements - Teenage Female
Girls 13 to 17 should be at least 5'6" in height.
Girls 18 and older should be at least 5'8" in height.
  • Wear a two-piece swim suit (not required if you are less than 13 years old or an actor).
  • Do not pose.
  • Do not wear makeup.
  • You must have parental consent if you are under 18 years of age.
